Current Kelowna Gymnastix Class Registration
Classes in our 2022/2023 session run from September 6th 2022 – August 28th 2023.
Registration for our 2023/24 session (starting September 5, 2023) is available now! Classes run continuously from Sept 5, 2023 to Aug 26, 2024 – join at any time!
PLEASE NOTE – We are operating on a continuous enrolment (Sept-Aug) basis to create a more convenient system for our families. Participants are welcome to join a class at any time! Fees are pro-rated at the time of registration for those starting after the first class of the month. Enrolment in the class begins at the time of online sign up completion and continues until the end of August unless a 30-day drop notice is emailed to our administrative team. Minimum 2 month commitment required. Please contact us if you would like to delay your start date by one week.
Students will have the opportunity to level up to more advanced classes based on skill evaluations throughout the year. Coaches will make recommendations to the parent/guardian as soon as they feel the athlete is ready to move to the next level.

If you are not sure which class is right for your child, our coaches will be happy to help you make the correct selection. The times listed are start and finish times for each class – please ensure that your child is able to attend the full class (for safety reasons it’s mandatory for your child to be present during the warm-up portion of the class.) Please email our Customer Administration Team (info@kelownagymnastix.ca) if you require help in selecting the right class for your child!
Tuition fees listed per month. Participants are welcome to join a class at any time and can drop a class with 30-days written notice. Fees are pro-rated at the time of registration for those starting after the first class of the month (monthly tuition rate based on 4 classes in a month). Minimum 2 month commitment required.

During the online registration process you will be asked for:
- BC medical number for your child(ren)
- Payment arrangements for the class tuition and fees (Credit Card or e-Cheque).
*PLEASE NOTE* Payments will be processed at or shortly after the time of registration:
- $20 Annual Student Registration Fee
- 2023-2024 Gymnastics BC Membership ($45 for recreational athletes)
- First month’s tuition (pro-rated if students begin after the first class of the month) – monthly tuition rate based on 4 classes in a month
