Urban Parkour Drop-In

Ages 7 – 13 years

Come and join us for an evening of parkour-focused fun! This drop-in time is available for anyone ages 7-13 who would like to come and practice their parkour skills (or try out the equipment for the first time). No experience necessary! Our coaches will be on the floor to assist and ensure safety for all attending.

During our open drop-in time, you’ll have access to the gym including our parkour set with walls and bars, ninja warrior style obstacle course and bouldering wall, as well as a flipping and vaulting area! Please note: Due to changes in insurance coverage for gymnastics activities, Gymnastics BC insurance will no longer permit the use of trampolines during unstructured programs including drop in and birthday parties. Our coaches and staff are working hard to incorporate other fun activities into our non-structured programs as we navigate this nation-wide policy change! Our equipment meets the highest standards and is well maintained. Not only is it used for our open drop-in time, but it’s also used in our classes. Our coaches are Gymnastics BC trained and are experienced in working with children of all ages.

At Kelowna Gymnastix and Ambition Parkour we believe that being active should be fun – and our open play time is all about that. It’s free play at its best – we want our visitors to have fun during this dynamic open play time. We welcome all skill levels (and beginners) – no parkour experience is necessary!

Please note that you will be required to sign the Kelowna Gymnastix waiver form and Gymnastics BC membership form on your first visit.
